07 December 07 Air NIGERIA SET FOR THE FESTIVE SEASON-INCREASES FLIGHT FREQUENCIES TO VARIOUS DESTINATIONS
In anticipation of an increase in Customer demand over the Sallah and Christmas seasons, Air Nigeria has announced an increase in frequency of flights on some of its destinations. The proposed routes are from Lagos to London, Calabar, Sokoto and
Owerri. This is in addition to the special one off charter flight to Dublin Ireland also planned for the festive season.
Speaking on the additional flights, the Chief Operating Officer, Dr. Yemi Osindero said Air Nigeria is conscious of the demands of the flying public to increase frequencies so as to better serve them. “Increasing our frequency at this time is part of our commitment to ensure our Customers find it easier to get to their loved ones over the festive period. With our hub located in Murtala Mohammed International airport, Customers are guaranteed convenient and seamless connection from our international to our domestic services” Dr. Osindero stated. The increased frequencies are as follows- from Lagos to London (8 times weekly), Lagos to Calabar (daily), Lagos to Sokoto (4 times weekly) and Lagos to Owerri (9 times weekly).Air Nigeria’s exclusive 64kg of 2 pieces of 32kg luggage (and 6kg for hand luggage) is still available on our London and Johannesburg services while 20kg luggage allowance alongside 6kg of hand luggage is available on the domestic service.
